摘要
目的了解芜湖市大众人群艾滋病知识知晓情况,评估落实《中国遏制与防治艾滋病行动计划(2006-2010年)》确定的艾滋病宣传教育目标情况。方法采用多阶段、分层和系统抽样相结合的方法确定调查对象,选择8个知识点作为艾滋病防治基本知识对城市居民、农村居民、青年学生开展现况调查。结果大众人群艾滋病知识平均知晓率为70.78%,城市居民、农村居民、流动人口、在校青少年艾滋病知识知晓率分别为79.51%、62.00%、78.55%、66.91%,各类人群之间艾滋病知晓率差异有统计意义。不同性别居民、不同年龄人群和不同文化程度对艾滋病知晓率均有显著性影响。大众人群对各知识点掌握程度不同,艾滋病非传播途径知识知晓率低于传播途径知识知晓率。结论芜湖市大众人群防治艾滋病知识知晓率与《中国遏制与防治艾滋病行动计划(2006-2010年)》确定的既定目标尚有一定差距,应采取各种有效宣传方式和措施,进一步加强艾滋病宣传教育工作力度,努力提高大众人群艾滋病知晓水平。
Objective To estimate the awareness rate of HIV/AIDS prevention knowledge among populations of Wuhu city,and evaluate the goals of HIV/AIDS awareness education established by 《Action project of restraint and control HIV/AIDS in China（2006-2010）》 in Wuhu.Methods A combination of multistage sampling,stratified sampling and systematic sampling was used.We choose 8 items as the basic knowledge of HIV/AIDS prevention and control to investigate the urban and rural residents,young students and floating population.Results The average rate of HIV/AIDS among public population was 70.78%（79.51% of urban residents,62.00% of rural residents,78.55% of floating population and 66.91%of young students）.There were significant differences among these groups.There were significant impacts of sex,age and education degree on awareness rate of HIV/AIDS-related prevention knowledge.There was difference in awareness rate of HIV/AIDS-related knowledge among population.Awareness rate of non-transmission ways about HIV/AIDS was lower than that of transmission ways.Conclusions There was a gap between the awareness rate of HIV/AIDS knowledge among populations and the goal established by《Action project of restraint and control HIV/AIDS in China（2006-2010）》.Health education should be further strengthened with emphasis on effective propagandistic measures,to improve the level of public knowledge about HIV/AIDS.
