无支撑回肠造口应用于低位结肠肛管吻合术中的护理措施 被引量：2

摘要 目的分析并探讨操作简单且方法安全的无支撑回肠造口术的有效护理方法。方法回顾性分析我院自2009年12月至2011年8月期间实施无支撑回肠造口术的39例患者的临床资料,分析并观察造口血运、水肿、内陷以及旁疝等并发症的发生情况。结果本组全部39例患者均获随访,全部患者均在术后9～70h内发生造口内排气或肠液流出;2例患者在术后3个月时发生造口旁疝,但未见内陷或坏死等并发症,给予保守对症治疗后好转;2例患者发生造口周围皮肤炎,给予处理后7d内好转;1例患者造口发生水肿,未给予特殊处理,14d后即恢复正常。结论无支撑预防性回肠造口方法具有护理操作过程简单方便,并发症少的优点,护理过程中对所发生的并发症给予及时、正确的预防与处理具有重要意义。
