摘要
企业的竞争归根结底是人才的竞争,人力资源的实力从另外一个侧面也反映了企业的实力,随着企业外部环境的变化及组织内部快速的变革,如何通过对人力资源的有效管理实现企业的长远发展目标是企业面临的重要问题,而掌握企业核心技术、控制企业关键资源、具有高素质高能力高绩效的核心人才对于企业战略的实现起着至关重要的作用,又因为核心人才是稀缺的、有限的,因此,如何有效地识别培养核心人才是高管与人力资源部门工作的重点。
The competitiveness of enterprises finally is the talent competition.The strength of the human resources also reflects the strength of the enterprise.How to achieve the long-term development goals through the effective management of human resources with the changes of the external environment for enterprises and the rapid change within the organization is an important issue.Core personnel with core technology,critical resources,high quality,high capacity and high performance plays a vital role in the implementation of corporate strategy.Core talent is scarce,limited,therefore,how to effectively identify and cultivate core talents is the focus work of executives and HR department.
