应变诱发Inconel718合金γ"相析出和γ"→δ 转变 被引量:5

STRAIN-INDUCED γ PHASE PRECIPITATION AND γ → δ TRANSFORMATION IN INCONEL 718 ALLOY

摘要 采用X射线衍射技术测定了冷轧Inconel 718合金在810℃时效温度下γ"相和δ相的含量,研究了冷轧变形对γ"相析出和γ"→δ、转变的影响结果表明,在810℃时效,γ"相的析出达到饱和状态此时γ"→δ的转变即将发生;应变可诱发γ相析出以及γ"→δ转变;δ相的数量与时间的关系符合Avrami方程。随冷轧变形量增加,时间指数减小。 The mass fractions of γ" and δ phases in Inconel 718 cold rolled to different reductions and then aged at 810℃ for different times were measured by X-ray diffraction technique. The effects of cold rolling on the precipitation of γ" phase and theγ" →δ transformation were investigated. At 810 ℃ aging, the γ" precipitation has reached the saturation level just before the γ→δ transformation occurs. Strain induces both the precipitation of γ phase and the γ→ δ transformation. The relationship between the amount of δ phase and aging time follows the Avrami equation. As cold rolling reduction increases, the time exponent (n1) decreases, while the rate of the δ precipitation increases. The amount of the γ" → δ transformation can also be described by the Avrami equation.
