摘要
目的研究一种一元固体二氧化氯消毒剂的配方,选出配方中各组份的最佳比例。方法采用正交实验法和理化分析方法,设计该一元固体二氧化氯的配方,并对其进行了二氧化氯含量测定和稳定性观察。结果确定了该配方中以亚氯酸盐为主原料,固体酸酐做活化剂,辅以包裹剂、稳定剂和干燥剂等组成最佳比例的配方。该配方组成的一元固体二氧化氯制剂经活化后,其原液中二氧化氯含量为383.89 mg/L。该一元固体二氧化氯制剂置于37℃下存放3个月,二氧化氯含量下降率为8.4%。结论该一元固体二氧化氯消毒剂配方合理,生产工艺简单,性能稳定。
Objective To study a solid monophyletic chlorine dioxide preparation in order to select optimal proportion.Methods Orthogonal design and physical and chemical analysis methods were uesd to design the solid monophyletic chlorine dioxide preparation,then test the content and the stability.Results The chlorine and solid anhydrides were selected as the main material and the active agent.Then the coating agent,the stabilizing agent and the desiccating agent with the optimal proportion was added to form preparation.After activating,the chlorine dioxide can reach to 383.89 mg/L and reduce 8.4% after 3 months at 37℃.Conclusion This monophyletic solid chlorine dioxide preparations ingredients is reasonable,have the good performance of easy production and stability.
