摘要
用鲎试验法测定了水溶液中大肠杆菌内毒素的稳定性。试验证明,随溶液放置时间延长,内毒素含量降低,两者呈负相关。内毒素的消减随温度的升高而加速。
The length of coagulation time in limulus amebocyte lysate(LAL)test is negatively corre- lated with content of E.coli endotoxin.On the basis of this principle,LAL test was used to measure the stability of E.coli endotoxin in solution.The experiment indicated that the speed of reduction of endotoxin varied with different environmental temperatures,the higher the temperature,the higher the speed.The speed constant K values at 80℃,65℃,42℃,30℃ and 10℃ were 1.500,1.210,0.705,0.016 and 0.003 respectively.The regression equation be- tween the logarithm of K value and the temperature was formulated and the half life of the endotoxin at 4℃ was calculated to be 332.06 hr(13.84 days).
