摘要
在我国电力建设安装业中首次引进法国全位置钨极惰性气体保护焊设备 ,该设备采用最新的窄间隙焊接工艺 ,实现了厚壁大管的自动化焊接 ,与手工焊相比 ,其坡口金属填充量减少约 2 / 3,施焊时间缩短 2 / 3,改善了焊工劳动条件 ,提高了焊接效率 。
The whole location W-pole inert gases shield welding equipment was firstly imported from French into the Electricity construction and installation field in China. The equipment applies the most advanced narrow space welding procedure and realizes the automatic welding of large diameter and thick wall. With the comparison with manual welding , its facing and beveling filled metal reduced 2.8 times, the welding time reduced 2/3 times. It improved the welder's working conditions and increased the welding efficiency, guaranteed the weld seam quality.
