摘要 介绍了钨极氩弧焊(TIG)堆焊的工艺原理、特点;对比了TIG堆焊与手工电弧堆焊、火焰堆焊、等离子弧堆焊、激光堆焊、摩擦堆焊等其他堆焊方法;TIG堆焊具有保护效果好、电弧稳定、飞溅少、容易获得优质,可靠焊接质量的优点。总结了TIG堆焊在金属零部件制造、修复和改性中的应用;指出了TIG堆焊中存在的问题和发展方向。 The principle and application of the TIG deposition was reviewed in this paper. The characteristic,process principles of TIG deposition were introduced; the comparison of TIG deposition and other welding deposition methods such as manual arc welding, flame overlaying,plasma arc welding,laser welding,friction surfacing deposition were conducted. TIG deposition has the advantages of good protection effects, arc stability,less spatter,easy of getting good quality and reliable welding quality. The application of the TIG deposition in metal parts manufacturing repair and surface modification was also summarized. Several existing problems and development direction were put forward.
