摘要
电火花线切割非直线和非圆弧的模具刃口前 ,需先用圆弧拟合模具刃口曲线 ,以便计算线切割编程数据。导出了锥齿轮切边模齿廓理论曲线及其渐屈线方程 ,进而提出了该切边模齿廓二点拟合法及其精度分析方法 ,该方法具有极高的拟合精度 。
Before EDM wire cutting die points of non_straight and non_arc lines, an arc for fitting the curve of the die point is necessary so as to calculate wire_cutting programming data. The theoretical curve of the flank profile of the trimming die for bevel gear forging parts and its evolute equation were derived. And furthermore, a method by fitting two points on the curve of the flank profile of the trimming die and its precision_analyzing method were put forward. This two_point fitting method has a very high fitting precision and is simple and practical.
