摘要
根据摆线轮齿廓曲线的生成原理,建立了与齿廓曲线共轭的修整滚轮运动轨迹的数学模型.通过CNC技术控制砂轮修整器及精密分度机构,实现了摆线轮齿廓成形磨削的新技术.
In this paper,according to the generation principle of the tooth profile curve of an epicycloidal gear,a mathematical model of the motion locus of a roller dresser is established.The motion locus is conjugated to the tooth profile curve of an epicycloidal gear.By using CNC technology,the roller dresser and an accurate graduated mechanism are controlled and thus a new technique of profiling gear grinding method for epicycloidal gears is developed.
