摘要
中国建筑业面临着来自国内外市场竞争压力,为了在世界建筑园林中占领一席之位,关键在于提高工程项目管理的水平,用创新来推动中国建筑业的发展。针对工程项目管理现状,分别从经济利润和可持续发展两个项目参与者所追求主要目标的角度,提出设计、施工、运营三个主要阶段的过程创新策略,以达到工程项目各参与方都满意的效果。
China＇s construction industry is facing competitive pressure from domestic and foreign markets.Then in order to occupy a seat in the construction industry all over the world,the key is to improve the project management level and promote the development of China＇s construction industry with the innovation.In this paper,pointing at the project management status,respectively,from the economic profits and sustainable development that the project participants are pursuing two main objectives,we proposed innovational strategy to the main three stages of the project,that is,design of the project,construction and operation,to achieve satisfactory results that the parties involved in the project have.
