摘要
通过对河北北方学院图书馆读者进行调查和分析,进一步了解了读者对该馆馆藏、数据库、流通模式、环境、服务态度等方面的意见和建议,明确了今后我们工作的方向和重点。
By investigating and analyzing the readers of the library of Hebei North University, we further understand the readers advice and suggestions regarding the following aspects of our library： collection, databases, circulation pattern, environment, service attitude and etc. As a result, we make clear the objectives and important point of our future work.
