摘要
目的了解广东省佛山市禅城区医院及诊所的消毒效果,发现存在的问题,提出对策,控制医院感染。方法对2006—2010年禅城区医院消毒效果进行分析。结果 5年共检测各类样品7 877份,合格7 127份,检测合格率为90.48%。其中使用中消毒液的合格率为100%,环境空气的合格率为73.65%,医护人员手的合格率为88.64%,紫外灯辐照强度合格率为83.06%。一级及以上的医疗机构合格率比一级以下的医疗机构合格率高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=256.46,P<0.01)。结论环境空气、医护人员手和紫外灯辐照强度合格率欠佳,应作为今后整改的重点。各医疗机构需要加强监督管理、技术知识培训,提高医院感染的控制能力。
[Objective]To understand the disinfection situation in hospitals and clinics in Shancheng District of Foshan City,to find out existed problems,and come up with strategies to control hospital infection.[Methods]The disinfection effect in Chancheng District hospital from 2006 to 2010 was analyzed.[Results]A total of 7 877 samples were detected in 5 years,7 127 were qualified,with qualified rate of 90.48%.The qualified rate of disinfectant in use was 100%.The qualified rate of ambient air,hands of medical and nursing staffs and UV light irradiation intensity was 73.65%,88.64% and 83.06%.The qualified rate of medical institution above class 1 was significantly higher than that of medical institution under class 1（χ2=256.46,P0.01）.[Conclusion]The disinfection qualified rates of ambient air,hands of medical and nursing staffs and UV light irradiation intensity are not satisfied that they should be taken as the future control points.The medical institutions should enhance the supervision and management,technical training to improve the hospital infection control.
