摘要
目的 回顾武汉地区部、省、市三级医疗机构 1997～ 2 0 0 1年医院消毒效果监测情况并探讨监测中存在的问题。方法 按《消毒与灭菌评价方法及标准》和《医院消毒卫生标准》的要求对医院开展消毒效果监测。结果 5年共检测各类样品 2 6 2 4件 ,合格 2 5 4 2件 ,检测合格率为 96 88% ;各类检测项目中 ,紫外线灯强度、无菌器械包检测合格率均达 10 0 % ,空气检测合格率最低 ,仅为 74 19%。结论 武汉市医院消毒效果监测合格率较高并有逐年提高的趋势 ,1995年版《医院消毒卫生标准》
OBJECTIVE To review the surveillance of the efficacy of disinfection in hospitals in Wuhan from 1997 to 2001 and discuss the problems in the surveillance. METHODS According to evaluation method and standard for the efficacy of disinfection and sterilization and hygienic standards for disinfection in hospitals, the efficacy of disinfection in hospitals was surveyed. RESULTS A total of 2 624 samples had been detected in 5 years, 96.88% samples(2542) were up to standard. In the investigation, the intensity of ultraviolet lamp and sterile instrument were all up to standard. About the air quality, only 74.19% were up to standards. CONCLUSIONS The rates up to standards of efficacy of disinfection in hospitals in Wuhan are higher. It is necessary to revise hygienic standards for disinfection in hospitals.
