摘要
采用RD法生长工艺,以H_3PO_4部分取代H_2SO_4,并掺入适量的L-丙氨酸进行TGS晶体的改性研究。掌握了晶体的生长习性,找到了较好的生长条件,获得面积>100×50mm^2的优质单晶。该晶体介电常数ε为25—28;损耗tanδ为3×10^(-4)—1.0×10^(-3);热释电系数p达4.1×10^(-3)C/cm^2·K;内偏场E_b为3—5kV/cm。晶体质量均匀,利用率高。已用于制作热释电红外探测器和热释电红外摄像管。
Study on modified TGS crystals has been carried out by means of rotating disk method, substituting H_3PO_4 partly for H_2SO_4 and doping with suitable amount of L-lalanine. The growth habit of the modified crystals is examined and the optimum growth conditions are found. Thus, a perfect and uniform single crystal of LATGS/P with a high efficiency has been obtained. The area of this crystal is more than 100×50mm^2. Its dielectric constant is 25—28, dielectric loss is 3×10^(-4)—1×10^(-3), pyroelectric coefficient p is 4×10^(-8)C/cm^2.K and internal bias E_b is 3—5kV/cm. The modified crystal has been used as a sensitive element of pyroelectric detector and targets of pyroelectric vidicon.
