摘要
本文从多个角度深入研究高校社团党组织建设。对大学生群体及社团组织的特殊性加以深刻剖析。并通过描述大学生个人、社团组织和思想政治教育的高度上对社团党建的可操作性加以分析,在保持基层党建工作方针的基础上,要运用已发展的党员,成立社团党组织,通过制定符合社团党建工作的各项规章制度合理处理好两个党建队伍体系建设,逐步形成机制。并对一些工作开展的细节加以创新,提出党建工作中需要注意的一些问题,以期科学地开展党建工作。
This article analyzed the work of Party building in associations in colleges and universities from various angles.And it also analyzed the feasibility of the work of Party building in associations on the basis of the features of university students,associations and ideological and political education.Upholding the guidelines of grass-roots Party organizations building of our Communist Party,the author explored to have the party members in the associations establish Party organizations and tried to cope with the two party construction teams appropriately by way of instituting many rules and regulations in accordance with the work of Party building in associations.And the author innovated some details of the work,and put forward some questions that should be paid attention to in the work of Party building in associations,hoping to develop the work of Party building scientifically.
