摘要
全球化、网络化、社区化的新形势带来了思潮的泛滥、教育内容和方式的深刻变革以及集体观念、组织观念的变化。大学生党建工作应该正确认识和分析新形势。针对大学生的特点,提出了在党建工作中,必须加强和改进党的思想建设和组织建设,丰富实践活动,解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进,为祖国建设培养更多的优秀党员。
The construction of CPC faces new problems in the prevailing of globalization, network, and community at the new age.In this article, we first analyse the flooding of thoughts brought by globalization.Then, we discuss the educational content and manner transformation brought by network as well as the change of collectivity attitude brought by community.The influence of this trend on the construction of CPC is also presented.Aiming at fostering good characters of college students of engineering, we conclude that in the construction of CPC, the construction of organization should be trenchant, the construction of thoughts should be well-knitted and efficient, and the activities of practice should be profound and abundant.We should reinforce and improve the construction of organization, the construction of thoughts, and the activities of practice in order to cultivate more excellence communist party members for the construction of our country.
