肺男性“硬化性血管瘤”2例报道并文献分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察硬化性血管瘤(SHL)的临床病理特征、探讨其病理诊断要点和预后。方法应用光学显微镜和免疫组织化学对2例SHL进行临床病理学观察,同时复习文献。结果2例SHL光镜下组织形态相似,均有四种结构和两种细胞以不同比例混合而成;2例SHL立方形细胞和圆形细胞均表达EMA,TTF-1,CK7,圆形细胞表达CD56,NSE及Syn。结论SHL是一种肺内少见的肿瘤,组织学形态呈多样性。免疫组织化学染色在诊断和鉴别诊断中具有重要作用。
