摘要
目的探讨家庭环境对成人癫痫患者应付方式的影响。方法采用家庭环境量表中文版(FES-CV)和应付方式问卷(CSQ)对32例成人癫痫患者进行评定,结果与对照组比较,其中家庭环境中文版的对照组是全国常模。并且行多元回归分析。结果成人癫痫患者应付方式以"幻想"多见,"求助"较少(P<0.01);成人癫痫患者家庭环境中亲密度、独立性、成功性、文化性和组织性都比对照组低(P<0.05),而道德宗教观和矛盾性比对照组高(P<0.05)。回归分析可能相关因素可见矛盾性、性别、受教育程度和首发年龄是影响成人癫痫患者应付方式的相关因素。结论成人癫痫患者存在不成熟的应付方式,家庭环境、性别、受教育程度和首发年龄是造成其不成熟应付方式的影响因素。
Objective To observe the influence of family environment on copying style in adults with epilepsy.Methods Thirty-two adults with epilepsy were investigated by using Family Environment Scale-Chinese Version（FES-CV）and Coping Styles Questionnaire（CSQ）.The results were compared with the control group,and the control group of FES-CV was the Chinese norms,and the multiple regression analysis was conformed.Results There were more fantasies and less appeal of coping style in adults with epilepsy than the control group（P0.01）.The scores of intimacy,independency,achievement orientation,cultures and constitutive of FES-CV in adults with epilepsy were all less than the Chinese norms（P0.05）,but the scores of moral-religious emphasis and contradiction were higher than the Chinese norms（P0.05）.The results of multiple regression analysis indicated contradiction,cultures,sex,level of education and onset ages were all related factors of coping style of adults with epilepsy.Conclusion Coping style of adults with epilepsy is immature,and family environment,sex,level of education and onset ages are related factors.
