摘要
数字化校园环境下,电子公文成为高校传递信息和记录事务的主要规范性载体,传统的文书到档案的流转及管理模式也发生了相应的变化。本文首先阐述了数字化校园环境下高校档案工作的变化,然后分析了文档一体化管理的条件,最后提出从纵向和横向两个方面实施高校公文文档一体化管理。
In Digital campus environment,electronic documents have become the main standard carrier to transmit information and record affairs,and traditional documents-to-achieves circulation and management model also have a corresponding change.This paper first describes the changes of Archives management in digital campus environment,and then analyzes the Condition of integrated management of electronic documents,finally puts forward that implement integrated management of the electronic documents from longitudinal and transverse sides.
