摘要
电子文档管理是电子政务研究的核心问题之一,其根本目的是整合传统公文流转和档案管理流程,以形成统一的文档管理模式。本文首先分析了传统公文流转和档案管理流程,然后重点阐述了电子政务环境下的电子文档管理流程,以解决电子政务中的电子文档一体化问题。
The management of electronic document is one of the key problems in the study of electronic government affairs. Its fundamental purpose is to integrate the traditional process of document flow and archive management to form a unified pattern of document management. This paper first analyzes the traditional process of document flow and archive management, then focuses on expatiating the management flow of electronic document in the electronic government affairs environment so as to solve the integration of electronic document in electronic government affairs.
