摘要
弹箭防护包装产品的生产过程具有多种材料综合集成应用和工艺控制复杂的特点,存在较大的质量、进度和成本控制风险。以某发射筒为例,综合运用风险管理理论,对其生产过程进行了风险识别、风险分析、风险管理与控制,揭示了风险管理理论对项目/产品实现预期目标具有的作用和意义。
The production process of projectile protective packaging products has the characteristics of materials integrated application and complex process control,so,it has risk in quality,schedule,and cost control.Risk identification,risk analysis,risk management and control of the production process were carried out using risk-management theory with an example of a canister.The function and significance of risk management theory on projects/products to achieve the desired objective was revealed.
