摘要
通用弹药包装系列化方案,是为指导我国弹药包装全面改革而提出的一个完整的科学体系。该《方案》将我国现行通用弹药,按结构特性、使用特点以及流通各环节的要求等划分为八个包装系列。对每个系列的包装形式、尺寸、重量、单位包装量等均作了统一规定,从而为弹药包装实现标准化和通用化奠定了基础。本文就该《方案》研究的背景、目的和意义、《方案》主要内容、实施计划(建议)以及实施《方案》后可能产生的效果等进行了简介,以增进关心弹药包装改革的领导和工程技术人员对《方案》的了解。
The program of the conventional ammunition packaging systematization is a complete sci-entific system proposed to be the guidance of the overall innovation of the domestic ammunit-ion packaging. In the program, the domestic conventional ammunitions which are currentlyused are divided into eight packaging systems according to their features in structure, charac-teristics in use and the requirements during the distribution flows. In each system, the pack-aging method, size, weight, and the quantity of unit pack are generally specified so as to laythe foundation of standardization and interchangeability. This paper is going to make a brief introduction to the background, purpose and signific- ence, and the main points of the program. Suggestions to put it into effect and the possiblebenefits after realized are also introduced, so as to increase the knowledge of the leaders andthe technicians to the program, who are concerned with the innovation of the ammunitionpackaging.
