摘要
以dynaform为工具,采用等效拉延筋模型描述各拉延筋,对汽车侧横梁的冲压成形过程进行了工艺分析,并与其他不同成形工艺方案的效果进行了比较;在确定合理的等效拉延筋力后,对拉延筋结构的几何参数进行了反求,最终得到了较为合理的工艺方案和模具结构方案。
By employing dynaform software,and utilizing equivalent draw-bead mode to describe the draw-beads,the forming process was analyzed for an automobile crossmember,and the process scheme was compared with the other schemes;After getting the equivalent draw-bead force,the geometrical parameter was determined by inverse solution,finally,the feasible process scheme and die structure were obtained.
