摘要
针对空压机传统控制方式存在空载运行功率因数低、电能浪费严重及二级缸温升高等缺陷,同时根据活塞式空压机实际运行情况,通过采用变频器对空压机控制系统进行恒压供气节能改造。改造完成后,空压机运行稳定、节能效果明显,也满足了生产工艺的要求。
Exist for traditional air compressor control to no-load operating power factor is low, serious power waste and two-cylinder temperature rise higher defect, through the use of inverter control system of the air compressor, piston compressor actual operation constant pressure air supply energy-saving air compressor running after the transformation was complete, stable, significant energy savings, and also to meet the requirements of production process.
