摘要
传统的空气压缩机多数采用加、卸载供气控制方式,不仅供气压力不稳定,而且使空气压缩机的负荷状态频繁地变换,从而造成巨大的经济损失。如空气压缩机采用变频调速控制方式,压缩机电动机可根据用气量的大小自动地调整转速,精确地实现恒压供气,经济效益十分显著。
Traditional air compressors mostly supply air by loading and unloading. This control method not only support atmospheric pressure to be unstable but also make the load state of the air compressor frequently vary, thus cause the enormous economic losses. If the air compressor adopts frequency conversion timing to adjust the speed, electric machinery of compressors can adjust the rotational speed automatically according to the size of gas consumption, realizing the air supply of constant voltage accurately, the economic benefits are very remarkable.
