两相步进电机单极性细分驱动器的实现 被引量:7

摘要 为了解决遥感器上步进电机驱动机构的低速平稳性和可靠性问题,提出了一种两相步进电机的单极性细分驱动方法,并以FPGA为核心研制了基于恒转矩脉宽调制的单极性细分驱动器。该驱动器通过细分控制和通路选择结合的方式,使电机的四相绕组线圈得到相位互差90°的半波正弦驱动电流,既克服了传统单极性驱动电路产生的感应电势和感应电流干扰,又避免了双极性驱动电路电源直通的危险。详述了该驱动器的实现过程并进行验证,试验结果证明该步进电机细分驱动器可靠性高、运行平稳。 In order to improve the stabilization and reliability of stepping motor, a unipolar subdivision driving method was proposed for two-phase stepping motor and a driver was designed based on constant torque PWM subdivision driver of field programmable gates array( FPGA ). The driver combines the method of subdivision control and channel selection in order to get electric current waveform of 90° phase difference, which overcomes the faradic voltage and faradic current of anipolar driving circuits and avoids the risk of connection of power and ground. The impletion of the driver and does some experiments were dilated. The results showed the driver has high reliability and stabilization.
