连续位置检测的无刷直流电机转矩脉动抑制的控制策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 常规永磁无刷直流电机,其换相位置检测采用霍尔开关元件,由于换相过程的存在,其低速运行时转矩脉动较大,限制了其应用。文章针对采用连续位置检测的无刷直流电动机,提出了通过控制三相定子电压,延长关断,使关断相的电流平滑变化,通过控制非换相相和导通相的电压,保持非换相相电流不变,从而有效抑制电流换相过程引起的转矩脉动。通过120°导通型方波驱动和改进驱动两种不同的控制方式下的比较实验,验证了该方法对抑制转矩脉动的有效性,有利于无刷直流电机的低速运行的平稳性。 The Hall transducer is used to detect the commutating position for the conventional permanent magnet brushless DC motor. The torque ripple was large when its speed was low, its application was limited for the commutating process. In order to weaken the torque ripple of the permanent magnet brushless DC motor with continuous position detection, proposed a control method in this paper. The turn-off phase is delayed an appropriate time, and the current can be reduced smoothly. The voltages of the other two phases were regulated dynamically to keep the no-commutating current in const and suppress the commutating torque ripple. The experiments for the traditional 120°drive method and the improved control strategy comfirm the validity of this strategy.
