摘要
断层坝段是影响丰满老坝整体稳定安全性的控制性坝段,坝基内不利软弱结构面是影响老坝坝体安全的关键因素。现丰满大坝重建新坝的施工,可能会降低老坝的抗力,导致老坝安全性降低,因此有必要论证重建工程施工期老坝坝体及基岩沿软弱结构面失稳的可能性。以现行规范的稳定安全要求为依据,选取典型断层坝段研究多种基础滑移模式下大坝的抗滑稳定安全问题,计算考虑新坝基础开挖施工期老坝受载的变化。结果表明,建基面是最薄弱的可能滑动面,新坝施工对断层坝段的稳定安全状态没有明显不利的影响。考虑到老坝断层坝段本身安全度不足,新坝施工期应加强对老坝的监控和检测,保证下游新坝施工的顺利进行。
Dam section in fault zone is the key section to control the overall stability and security of Fengman Dam and the weak structural adverse side in the foundation is a key factor affecting the old dam safety.Fengman Dam rebuilding may reduce the resistance and safety of the old dam.It is necessary to demonstrate the possibility of instability of the old fault dam and bedrock sliding surface along the weak structure in the period of the reconstruction.According to the stability of the security requirements in the existing specifications,one typical fault dam was selected to study the dam foundation stability against sliding security under several slip modes.Considering the changing loads on the old dam during the downstream dam rebuilding,the results show that the weak foundation surface is the most possible sliding surface,and the new dam construction can not cause significant adverse effects to the stability and security status of the old fault dam.Taking the old fault dam itself safety deficiencies into account,it is necessary to ensure the smooth progress of the new downstream dam construction by strengthening the monitoring and detection of the old dam during the new dam construction.
