摘要
随着现代医院管理工作的不断发展,医院药品实行零库存管理条件日趋成熟。武警江西省总队医院在现有条件下,通过分析相对零库存的可行性,并结合零库存的优缺点,制定了一系列的管理措施,初步实现了药品零库。在保障药品临床供应的前提下,零库存的实施能有效提高医院资金周转率、减少仓耗支出、节省部分人力资源,有效地提高了医院在新形势下的竞争力。
With the development of modern hospital′s management,it is practicable to realize zero inventory of hospital medicine.By analysising the feasibility of zero stock and consideing its advantages and disadvantages,a series of management measures were estabilished in our hospital where the aim of zero stock has been primarily realized.The results show that the implementation of zero stock would effectively enhance the capital turnover rate,reduce the storage consumptions and save partial human resources of hospital under the premise of sufficient clinical supply of medicine,which no doubt could improve the competitiveness of hospital in the new situation.
