药品的库存管理是长期以来困扰医院管理的难题。本文通过分析药品库存管理的意义,阐述全盘电脑化管理药品的方法,以及针对药品库存管理尚存在的问题提出解决办法。有效的库存管理方法能提高工作效率以及医院的经济效益,为医院逐步实现零库存管理奠定良好的基础。
The drugs inventory management is a long time problem troubled hospital. We tried to analyse the significance of the drug inventory management, elaborate the drugs computerized management, and put forward the solutions of drugs inventory management existing questions. Effective drugs inventory management can improve work efficiency and the economic benefit of hospital, and lay the good foundation of the hospital to gradually realize zero inventory management.
