摘要
目的:解决冬季气温较低时血透中心透析液B粉的溶解速度慢的问题,革新原有的配液设备,提高透析液配液时间的可控性。方法:采用快速加温方式改进原透析液配液设备,提高B粉溶解速度结果:该方法有效地解决了冬季B粉溶解速度慢的问题,透析液B粉的溶解时间由原来的6 h缩短为0.5 h。结论:快加温式配液设备的应用,提高了血透中心的工作效率和服务质量,具有较好的经济和社会效益。
Objective To improve the original dialysate dispensing equipment and the controllability of dialysate dispensing time so as to solve the problem of slow dissolution rate of the hemodialysis dialysate B powder in the low winter temperatures.Methods The method of fast heating-up was used to improve the dissolution rate of B powder.Results The method solved effectively the slow dissolution rate of B powder in winter,and the dissolving time reduced from 6 h to 0.5 h. Conclusion The application of fast heating-up dialysate dispensing equipment improves the working efficiency and service quality of hemodialysis center,and possesses good economic and social benefits.
