摘要
主要分析了5L-16/50型空气压缩机气缸因机械油润滑而使空气中含有油分,导致空分系统运行周期短的原因,提出了用填充聚四氟乙烯环来代替原金属活塞环的改进方案。
The mechanical oil lubrication of 5L-16/50 type air compressor make s the air contain the oil, which causes the short period of the operation of the air separating system. This paper mainly analyzes the reasons of it, and puts f orward the improving scheme of replacing the original metal piston ring by filli ng polytetrafluoroethylene.
