摘要
目的:观察热瘀散治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效。方法:选择符合诊断标准的UC患者84例,均给予口服热瘀散治疗,疗程为4周。结果:治疗4周后总有效率为94.1%。各症状积分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01);热内蕴证、脾虚湿盛证疗效最好,与其他证型疗效相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:热瘀散治疗轻、中型UC各证型有显著疗效,尤其以湿热内蕴证、脾虚湿热证型疗效最好。
Objective： To observe therapeutic effect of ReYuSan in treating ulcerative colitis.Method： Eighty-four patients with ulcerative colitis met standards of diagnosis were administered with ReYuSan for 4 weeks.Result： Total effective rate was 94.1% after four weeks＇ treatment.The scores of all symptoms decreased than that before the treatment significantly（P0.01）.The syndromes with the best effects were internal accumulation of damp-heat and damp-heat due to spleen deficiency,and there was remarkable difference compared with other syndromes（P0.05）.Conclusion： ReYuSan is effective in the treatment of mild and moderate ulcerative colitis,with the syndrome of internal accumulation of damp-heat as well as damp-heat due to spleen deficiency the best.
