摘要
以Pro/Engineer Wildfire 5.0软件为平台,运用主控件法,对某型号拖拉机提升器壳体主体芯盒进行了设计。结果表明,在复杂的脱落式组合芯盒的设计中,主控件设计法较骨架模型法等方法更简洁清晰,适用性更好。模具设计中针对不同部分的特点,采用不同的方法,能进一步提高设计的效率和准确性。
Taking Pro/Engineer Wildfire 5 software as a platform,a model of tractor lifter shell body core box was designed using main control method in Top-Down design pattern.The results show that,in the design of core box with complicated shedding type,the master part method can sometimes be more simple and clear,than a skeleton model method and other methods,and posses good compatibility.Using different methods for different characteristics of parts in model design can improve design efficiency and accuracy.
