摘要
针对YC-A10柴油机缸盖的特殊结构,利用Unigraphics NX软件进行进气道、排气道三维模型设计,取得了芯盒生成的结果。建模研究表明,进气道螺旋位置不同,涡流比和流量系数不同,其中流量系数在90°时具有峰值;涡流比在180°时趋于最大值,300°时趋于谷值,为保持与逆向气道参数高度吻合的开发和优化提供了依据。
For the special structure of YC-A10 diesel engine cylinder head,the three-dimensional model design of inleti exhaust path has been and the results of core-box generation was achieved using Unigraphics NX software. Modeling studies have shown that vortex ratio and flow coefficient from the positions of inlet path spiral; Flow coefficient got the peak value at 90°,vortex ratio tended to be the maximum at 180° and tended to be least value at 300°. The results are used to provide evidence for the development and optimization of the antidromic airway parameters inosculated heavily.
