摘要
采用真空高频磁悬浮炉制备出LaFe12.2-xCo0.9SixB0.25(x=1.1,1.3,1.5)3组合金样品,并测量其绝热温变,绘制出绝热温变曲线。实验结果表明,通过调节微量元素Si的含量,可以将材料的居里温度调节到合适的值,并保持较好的磁热效应。当Si含量在1.1%时,该合金绝热温变值最大。
Three groups of LaFe12.2-xCo0.9SixB0.25(x=1.1,1.3,1.5) alloys were prepared in a high-frequency floating furnace,and the change of adiabatic temperature was tested.The results show that,changing the content of Si in the alloy,the Cure temperature can be adjusted to a suitable figure and the better magnetocaloric effects are kept.The adiabatic temperature of the alloy is maximum as the content of Si is 1.1%.
