摘要
研究转化生长因子 β1(TGFβ1)与病毒性肝炎肝纤维化的关系。对 45例慢性病毒性肝炎病人肝组织进行了TGFβ1免疫组织化学检测 ,同时检测其中 2 1例血清TGFβ1及血清透明质酸 (HA)、层粘蛋白 (LN)、Ⅳ型胶原 (Ⅳ -C)、Ⅲ型前胶原肽 (PⅢP)水平。结果 :随着肝纤维化程度加重 ,TGFβ1血清水平上升 ,肝内表达逐渐明显 ,二者呈正相关 ;TGFβ1的血清水平及肝内表达与HA、LN、Ⅳ -C、PⅢP四项肝纤维化指标均呈正相关关系。TGFβ1通过活化肝脏间质细胞 ,促进肝脏基质合成加速肝纤维化发展。
WT5”BZ] To study the relationship between transforming growth factor β 1(TGFβ 1) and liver fibrosis.The expression of TGFβ 1 protein in liver tissues were detected by immunohistochemical methods in 45 cases with viral hepatitis and cirrhosis,and the serum level of TGFβ 1,hyaluronic acid (HA),laminin(LN),collagen type Ⅳ(Ⅳ-C) and precollagen type Ⅲ(PⅢP)were measured in 21 of these 45 cases.Results:The serum level of TGFβ 1 and its expression in liver tissues were positively correlated.Both of them were positively correlated with the degree of liver fibrosis and serum level of HA,LN,Ⅳ,PⅢP.Conclusion:TGFβ 1 could accelarate the process of liver fibrosis by increasing synthesis of extracellular matrix components.
