摘要
校本培训是迅速而又便捷地提高农村教师水平,提升农村教育质量的重要途径。农村中小学教师校本培训必须针对农村学校的特点进行规划和设计,应当坚持以教师为本,创造性地组织各种活动。只要这样,才能将农村中小学教师校本培训的目标真正落到实处。
School-based training helps rural teachers improve their teaching level quickly and easily,and it also is an important way to promote countryside education quality.The training must be designed according to the characteristics of rural areas,insisting on teacher-oriented and creative activity organization.Only by doing so,can the training purposes be accomplished.
