摘要
针对反求工程中的曲面重构误差检验问题,提出了一种点云数据和重构曲面的匹配检验方法。首先,通过包围盒刚体变换求取了匹配初值,再基于单纯形优化方法求取最佳变换矩阵完成了精确匹配。以匹配后的模型为基础,设定误差检验包络面,分析了测量点与重构曲面的偏差和均方根误差。实践证明:该方法具有高效、精确等特点,有效地解决了曲面重构误差分析和质量评估问题。
Aiming at the error inspection of surface reconstruction in the reverse engineering,a mat-ching method for inspecting the cloud data and the reconstructed surface was presented.The initial matching values were obtained based on the rigid transformation of the bounding box.Then by calculating the optimum transfer matrix with the simplex method,the accurate matching was achieved.With the matched matrix as a basis and by setting the enveloping surface of the error inspection,the deviation between the measuring points and the reconstructed surface as well as the root-mean-square errors was analyzed.The practice indicates that this method is characterized by such efficiency and accuracy as to effectively solve the key problems in the error analysis and quality assessment of surface reconstruction.
