CIP2A相关分子生物学机制的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 蛋白磷酸酶2A的癌性抑制因子(CIP2A)近来被鉴定与多种恶性肿瘤的发生和发展密切相关。研究表明CIP2A可以通过稳定c-Myc、促进细胞增殖和锚定独立生长、阻滞衰老和分化来促进体内恶性肿瘤的发生和发展。另外CIP2A被发现与肿瘤患者生存率和侵袭力密切相关。近年来,CIP2A转录调节和信号转导通路调节等方面的新发现极大地丰富了CIP2A的作用和调节机制。
