摘要
目的探讨蛋白磷酸酶2A的癌性抑制因子(CIP2A)在肾透明细胞癌中的表达情况及其与临床病理指标的关系。方法利用免疫组织化学方法检测35例肾透明细胞癌组织和对应癌旁组织(距离肿瘤≥0.5cm)中CIP2A的表达水平,并将癌组织CIP2A表达水平与临床病理指标进行比较。结果肾透明细胞癌组织CIP2A表达的阳性率为82.9%(29/35),明显高于癌旁组织的阳性率22.9%(8/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);pT3/pT4期肾透明细胞癌CIP2A表达水平高于pT1/pT2期(P=0.007),有远处转移者CIP2A表达水平高于无远处转移者(P=0.006)。CIP2A表达水平和年龄、性别及淋巴结转移无关。结论 CIP2A在肾透明细胞癌中呈高表达,并与肿瘤的局部侵袭和远处转移密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of cancerous inhibitor of protein phosphatase 2A （CIP2A） in clear cell renal cell carcinoma （ccRCC） and its clinical significance. Methods Expression of CIP2A protein was examined using immunohistochemistry in both malignant and corresponding normal tissues from 35 patients with ccRCC, then, the CIP2A expression level was compared with several clinicopathological parameters. Results 82. 9% （ 29/35 ） of the ccRCC samples were found to be CIP2A positive, while the percentile in corresponding normal tissues was 22. 9% （ 8/35 ）, the difference is of statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. Overexpression of CIP2A was associated with high pathological T stage （ pT3/pT4 vs. pT1/pT2, P = 0. 007 ） and distant metastasis （ positive vs. negative, P = 0. 006）. CIP2A expression was found to have no statistically significant association with age,gender and regional lymph node positivity. Conclusions CIP2A is overexpressed in ccRCC and its expression is associated with tumor local aggressivity and distant metastasis.
