摘要
根据齿轮泵产生困油的条件及斜齿轮啮合传动的特点,分析了斜齿轮泵运行特性。推导了产生困油现象时重合度的有关公式,得出可以利用斜齿轮泵的优化齿轮几何参数消除困油现象的结论,给出了不困油时螺旋角的范围,对工程应用有重要的参考价值。
According to the conditions of the gear pump produce oil trapped and inclined gear meshing transmission char- acteristies, the operation characteristic of helical gear pump was analyzed. The relevant formula about the contact ratio was inferred when oil trapped phenomenon happened,drew a conclusion that the phenomenon of oil trapped ean be eliminated by optimizing the geometric parameters of the helical gear pump,the range of helical angle without trapped oil phenomena was given in this paper and important reference value for the application was provided.
