摘要
本文建立了水产品中土霉素、四环素等抗生素残留量的HPLC检测方法。流动相为乙腈∶NaH2PO4(0.01mol.L-1)=18∶82,流速为1mL.min-1,检测波长为355nm。该方法测土霉素和四环素的相对标准偏差RSD分别为1.7%和3.3%,加样回收率在95%~105%之间。该方法准确、快捷、稳定,可用于水产品中四环素类抗生素残留量的分析检测。
HPLC method for determination of residual tetracycline antibiotics including oxytetracycline and tetracycline in the aquatic product was established in this work.The mobile phase of acetonitrile∶NaH2PO4(0.01 mol·L-1)was 18∶82,flow rate was 1mL·min-1,the detective wavelength was set as 355nm.RSD for oxytetracycline and tetracycline were 1.7% and 3.3%,respectively,the recovery was within 95%~105%.The method is accurate,convenient and stable,which can be used for analysis of the residual tetracycline antibiotics in aquatic products.
