摘要
结合实际经验,介绍了四川气象高清视频会议系统的设计和实现过程。重点阐述了如何使用MCU级联构建省—市—县三级高清视频会议系统,并对高清视频会议系统关键技术进行了研究和分析,详细介绍了高清信号接口和MCU级联的具体方法。
Combined with practical experience, in this paper, the design and realization of HD video conferencing system in Sichuan province are introduced. How the MCU cascade is used to construct HD video conferencing system is then illustrated. Besides, the key technologies of HD video conferencing system are studied. Among these technologies, the HD signal interface and MCU cascade method are mainly expounded.
