摘要
采用实验室模拟培养、测定剩余尿素量的方法,对醋酸棉酚作为一种新型脲酶抑制剂进行初步研究,并探讨醋酸棉酚对红壤脲酶活性抑制作用的影响因素。结果表明,醋酸棉酚与尿素混合施用,培养2d,1%醋酸棉酚(相对于尿素质量)的脲酶抑制率为53.57%。土壤持水量对脲酶活性有较大影响,且在脲酶活性高时,醋酸棉酚的脲酶抑制作用更强。随着温度的升高,醋酸棉酚对土壤脲酶的抑制作用越来越明显,且表现出混合性抑制的特征。醋酸棉酚提前施用7d,尿素回收率从混合施用的73.64%增加到99.00%,说明改进施用方式可大幅度提高醋酸棉酚的脲酶抑制效果。
The inhibition of gossypol acetate as a new kind of urease inhibitor on the activity of soil urease was studied primarily by the methods of laboratory simulation and determination of the residual urea,and effect factors of urease activity inhibition of gossypol acetate for red soil were discussed.The results showed that the inhibitory rate was 53.57% by mixing 1% gossypol acetate(based on urea mass) and urea after 2-day culture.The water-holding capacity had a great effect on urease activity,and the inhibition of gossypol acetate was stronger with high urease-activity.The inhibition of gossypol acetate on soil urease activity became more and more significant with higher temperature,and it indicated mixed inhibition.The recovery rates of urea increased from 73.64% with mixed application to 99.00% with application 7 days forwards.It indicated that the urease inhibition effect of gossypol acetate could enhance significantly by changing the application ways.
