摘要
本文研究了盐酸羟胺与乙酸乙酯反应制备乙酰氧肟酸的合成工艺及反应的溶剂体系,确定了投料配比、反应时间、反应温度等工艺条件。试验结果表明:在碱性甲醇水溶液溶剂中,反应温度为27~31℃、反应时间为2h、盐酸羟胺∶乙酸乙酯为1∶1.1、溶剂用量为乙酸乙酯的2.3倍时有较高的产品产率和纯度。所得产品产率为84%,纯度为97%。
A synthetic process of acetohydroxamic acid was prepared with hydroxylamine hydrochloride and acetic ether.The optimum reaction conditions such as ratio of feedstock,time and temperature of reaction were investigated.The restults showed that the optium reaction temperature was 27 - 31℃,time was 2 h, hydroxylamine hydrochlorid:acetic eter was 1:1.1 ,the dosage of slovent was 2,3 times of acetic ether,The yield of product was 84 % and the purity was 97 %.
