摘要
总结了我国沿海炼油厂加工中东含硫原油所面临的一系列问题及采取的相应对策。认为在装置改造的同时 ,应提高原料和产品的脱硫能力 ,增加催化裂化烟气脱硫设施 ,重视渣油脱硫 催化裂化组合工艺的开发、燃烧高硫焦的循环流化床锅炉的应用和含硫渣油生产高等级道路沥青的开发。
Problems in processing sour Middle East crude and countermeasures in Chinese coastal refineries were summarized.It was considered that the revamping of the unit must be simultaneous with strengthening desulfuring ability for feedstock and product,adding desulfurer for flue gas from FCCU,paying enough attentions to developing the combination process of residue desulfuring plus catalytic cracking and application of circulating fluidized bed boilers burning high sulfur petroleum coke as well as the development of high grade road asphalt from sour residue.
