5／6肾切除大鼠自体动静脉内瘘模型的建立 被引量：2

摘要 自体动静脉内瘘是维持性血液透析（MHD）最理想的血管通路，但由于内膜增生导致内瘘成熟失败和迟发丧失功能，严重影响了其远期疗效，因此，有关研究主要集中在抑制血管平滑肌细胞增殖。采用吻合法能在慢性肾衰竭动物建立自体动静脉内瘘模型，但吻合技术的熟练程度会影响结果。我们成功地在5／6肾切除大鼠采用套管法建立自体动静脉内瘘模型，报告如下。
