摘要
在 1 L表面进气式高压机械搅拌釜中 ,采用气体间歇吸收技术 ,在不同的温度 ( 353K~ 433K) ,气体压力 ( 1 .0 MPa~ 5.0 MPa)下研究了 H2 和 CO在混二甲苯中的体积传质系数 .结果表明 ,H2 和 CO在混二甲苯中的体积传质系数均随温度的升高而升高 ,随压力的增加而增加 .而且在相同的温度和压力下 ,CO在混二甲苯中的体积传质系数大于 H2 的体积传质系数 ,但数量级是相同的 .同时随着搅拌速率的升高 。
The effects of operating variables on the mass transfer coefficients ( K L a ) for H 2 and CO in mixed xylene were measured at various gas partial pressures(1 0 MPa 5 0 MPa) and temperatures (353 K 433 K),in a liter suface aerated agitated autoclave.The K L a data were determined using the transient physical gas absorption technique,the decline of system pressure as a function of time were recorded using an on line computer acquisition system.The obtained data showed that K L a values for all gas liquid systems studied increased with temperature and gas partial pressure.The values of K L a for CO and H 2 are of the same order of magnitude.The data showed that K L a values increased with mixing speed.
